Meet ESSA Bank

Founded in 1916 in East Stroudsburg, PA, ESSA grew from a small building and loan bank to a regional institution with $1.5 billion in assets across Pennsylvania before merging with CNB Bank on July 23, 2025, creating an $8 billion entity now operating as ESSA Bank, a division of CNB Bank.
